About my designs:

I create everything at 300dpi and save it at the highest quality, for best printing results. 
All files included are either in .jpg or .png format.  Templates are created in both .TIFF and .PDS formats for use with most graphics programs.
Any included brushes will be found both in an .abr file as well as in .png format.

By downloading this purchased brush set(s), template set(s), etc., you are agreeing to a license to use these products for LIMITED COMMERCIAL use and agree to these terms:

• These products are licensed to the single Purchaser (the one who originally bought this product).  This license does not extend to companies, partnerships, LLC’s or corporations.
  
• You as the Purchaser (and only you) may use these products to create derivative work which you may sell.
• You may use these products to create scrapbook layouts and digital scrapbook artwork for sale (including digital scrapbook designs).
• You may not use these products to create derivative work to be turned over to an outside company or individual with the intention that the outside company or individual will profit from the derivative work.
  
• You may not redistribute, share, loan, resell, transfer or post across message boards, online forums or share sites.
• You may not resell these files in their original format.  When using my templates, item created for sale must be flattened into .png or .jpg files.
  
• You may not use these graphics in conjunction with material that is pornographic, explicit adult content, slanderous, or promotes hatred and/or prejudice (racial or otherwise).
• Brushes MAY NOT be used to create derivative brushes or black/monochromatic overlays for sale.  Brushes may be used to create rub-ons or overlays for kits as long as the rub-ons are multi-colored.
• Brushes may NOT be used for web or logo design without permission, and an additional licensing fee may apply.
• Custom shapes MAY NOT be used to create brushes, templates or derivative custom shapes, or any other product that would
  directly compete with this product.  Custom shapes are meant to be used as a starting point to create elements
  that are uniquely your own.
• You agree to put a line of credit in your TOU when my products are used, such as: “Papers were created with brushes by Sweet Genevieve Designsavailable at Oscraps.”
  Credit in online product listing is appreciated, but not required.

You may NOT:

• Claim my designs as your own.
• Redistribute these files in any way.
• Copy these files for reasons other than back-up purposes.
