By purchasing this single item use license, you may use my designs - including freebies - in your small business production. Since this is the single item license, you must purchase a separate license for each kit/element pack/paper pack that you would like to use commercially .  In the case of collections, once license must be purchased for EACH kit in the collection. Simply add up the number of my products that you would like to use commercially and enter that total as the quantity in your shopping cart. In the comments section please let me know what product(s) you are purchasing the license(s) for and state your full name.

All graphics by Genevieve Sass (Sweet Genevieve Designs) are copyrighted property and are licensed, not sold to you. They do not become your property, you are obtaining a license use them. This license is not offered for “collaboration” products that I design with other designers. This license may not be purchased with coupon codes or other store discounts.

What is allowed under the terms of this licensing agreement:

• Creation of layouts and graphics by “Scrap-for-hire” and other small businesses (sole proprietorship*), including custom scrapbook layouts, cards, announcements, paint cans, crafts, and/or candy bar wrappers in quantities of less than 100.


• Products created must be physically printed, although scrap-for-hire layouts done for clients may be given to them in flattened (.jpg or .png) format.

(*The use of these images on any national level, for mass production or by businesses other than sole proprietorship requires an additional license. This includes products offered for sale by 3rd party printing and resale services such as Cafe Press.)

Under the terms of this license agreement, the following usages are PROHIBITED:

• Use these products to create scrapbook designs offered for free ("freebies") or for resale.
• Use of graphics for electronic media ie. website/blog design, Ebay templates, Incredimail, electronic stationery and other digitally stored media.
• Use of graphics for logos, business cards, or other business branding/identity materials.
• Use of graphics to create card templates, quick pages, or other non-custom scrapbook/card designs for sale.
• Use of quick page albums designed by me in professional scrap-for-hire business.
• Republishing/redistribution of these graphics in original or altered format. This includes inclusion on graphics CDs, graphics collections, on a website, or individually for either for sale or free, distribution via file sharing services, internet groups, or Yahoo groups or including them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
• Claiming these graphics as your own, either in original form or by altering/adding your own graphics to them.
• Making graphics into tubes or brushes for use with software such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and redistributing them in any way.
• Creating Digitalized Embroidery, Rubber Stamps, or Crosstitch Kits either for resale for free distribution.
• Adding them to software programs
