I’ve got two new sets of worn overlays in the shop today! If you loved that aged paper look, you don’t want to miss these! My worn overlays & templates make it easy to get that look on your layouts! They work just like templates: Just clip your photo or paper to the mask layer, merge the layers together and voila! And don’t forget my photo and paper overlays, too!

Hi, this is Jamie with another hybrid project. Hope everyone had an ejoyable 2008 and is looking forward to 2009. It’ll be New Year’s Eve here in Japan in just a few short hours. I know for me, I am looking forward to being better organized in the new year. I’m also planning to ACTUALLY stick to my resolutions. In getting ready to start my New Year’s Resolutions and keep up with them, I decided to create a special journal. I’ve done a few of these now digitally, and they’re oh so easy! All you need is a composition book and your favorite digial items. For this book, I used Geneveive’s newest kit, and oh so appropriate for the new year! I used the dimenstions of the book, but added a bit extra on the side to be able to wrap around the spine. To finish to book off, and make it more durable, I covered in clear contact paper. (I photographed the book, before covering to avoid glare.)
I also want to share with you my Christmas cards. I decided to try a tri-fold this year, and am very pleased with how it turned out. Since they didn’t arrive until Christmas Eve, I sure hope everyone enjoyes them. In addition to the tri-fold, I also did a more traditional double sided card using Genevieve and Leah’s great collab.
Happy 2009 to all. May you get all your scrapping and personal goals met for the year.

Hi Nice People! This is Donna (aka danger girl). Have you seen all of the great holiday designs Genevieve has created this season? They are so wonderful! Please take a minute to look at the Sweet Genevieve Designs shop at Oscraps, then come back here and let us know which is your favorite. Respond by Monday, Dec 16th and you could win a $5 gift card (chosen randomly). It’s as simple as that!
I’ll go first: It was a tough decision, but I really like the Mod Merry kit the best. I love the non-traditional colors.
And don’t forget that each week in December Genevieve is offering a free kit with a $10 purchase. This week it’s the lovely Noel kit.
I’m looking forward to reading your comments!
